A thunderous SHOUT-OUT to Budweiser and Bud Light for sponsoring a bus that will take J-Walkers to all the bars from 8 p.m. to Midnight. Thanks to the guys at Budweiser, this bus is FREE to all J-Walkers and provides a safe way to visit all the bars on the route.
Budweiser and Bud Light distributor, North Vernon Beverage, created the awesome full-color banners and posters hanging at each participating bar. They will also provide some free "stuff" to each place to give away to J-Walkers. Be on the look-out for free Budweiser logo items.
Ed Meyer for Commissioner (Democrat) has generously fronted the second bus that will also run the route all night long. Please vote on Tuesday, May 6.

Are there any cover charges to any of these fine establishments? Just need to know how much cover money to bring and drinking money to bring!!!! ;-)
Nope, no cover charges, as far as we know. Only Third Base has made reference to having any sort of cover charge, and that's only because rockers 99 MPH are playing there and are sure to draw a huge crowd. But Third Base has assured us that if you say you're J-Walking, you're not going to be assessed a cover charge.
The beauty of J-Walk is that the bars have really stepped up with some great drink specials. Check them out in a post below. You're likely to have some green left in your wallet on Sunday for brunch!
FYI, Third Base did infact charge a cover. They didn't for those wearing the proper gear, but those who had wrist bands due to lack of signing up or just not able to get a shirt, were hit with the cover. We were hoping the bracelets would cover, the cover....lol
